HOW IT WORKS
A simpler renting process
We conduct affordability and soft credit checks upfront, followed by referencing through trusted platforms such as Goodlord and Rightmove. Once you’ve secured a property with a one-week holding deposit, you’ll complete a fully digital application and contract process.
On the day you move in, we’ll give you an inventory and condition report, including meter readings and details on how your deposit is protected under the TDS scheme.
